Designed by Gilbert Caroff, this CHATAM 60, a cruising cutter, is a full aluminum centerboarder (1.10 m / 3.20 m), built as a one-off.

"Sturdy, with its 16-millimeter aluminum bottom, twin diesel engines, 3 heating systems, everything is designed for navigation to distant destinations.
The boat underwent a refit in 2017/18.
Thanks to its fully enclosed and insulated wheelhouse (sliding watertight door), the helm station is perfectly protected. With its two rudders and pivoting centerboard, the CHATAM 60 sits flat and allows for anchoring in shallow waters with its shallow draft. This CHATAM 60 is a second-hand vessel, fully equipped, and has seen little use.
