ADDITIONAL INFO
General condition:
This unit is in very nice presentation condition, with a few minor defects noted below.
Interior:
The upholstery needs to be addressed in the rear part of the boat (coffin berth), but the rest presents only a few minor defects.
The woodwork and upholstery also show a few minor defects in some places due to its age.
Exterior:
This yacht has been very well maintained, with rigging revised, and the staysail and furler changed in 2022, equipped with a mini companionway cover that needs to be checked, otherwise it remains in good condition. It does show signs of aging, inevitably for a yacht from 1979, with some minor marks on the gelcoat deck, but is still perfectly presented and ready for sailing. This boat offers comfort and speed for those who want to learn to sail and have fun or simply relive wonderful sensations—a mythical sailing yacht.
Mechanical:
Midif engine of 16hp with only 96 hours from October 2021, installed in January 2022, first service completed.
If you are looking for a comfortable, livable, and fast sailing yacht, come and discover this First 30.
