The COMET 11, designed by Finot and featuring a nearly flush deck with a superb aft salon and a lovely galley across from the chart table, surprises with its interior volume and excellent seakeeping qualities, with a draft of 2.00m. In 2006, a British couple acquired it to turn it into a small gem. The deck was covered with synthetic teak in 2009, the interior flooring was replaced, a Vetus 42HP engine was installed in 2000, and its heat exchanger was replaced in 2023. The interior woodwork and fittings were beautifully reimagined by its Captain. It features a tiller version with complete energy autonomy including a wind turbine and 320W of solar panels.
