Nice small Dutch yacht that can accommodate 6 people. Beautiful wood finish interior at the level of the paneling. However, this boat needs a makeover. The interior helm station needs to be rethought, where it would be desirable to install a lounge area with convertible benches into one or two berths (the navigation certificate allows 6 people on board). The owner's rear cabin needs to be completed, there are no more mattresses and it might be good to remove the generator located under the berth.
Moored at the edge of a canal, the owner has a transferable COT. Annual cost 350 euros in 2021.
