Residential barge with a rare finish for sale! Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to present this year-round livable barge, unique in many respects.
Indeed, this barge was commissioned by our owners to meet a single objective: to create the perfect boat for a couple's needs. Their motto has been to choose quality, even if it meant spending more. They have all the invoices from the numerous craftsmen who have worked on the boat, from its construction to the present day!
Solid 8 mm steel construction, followed by a Maritime Expert. Custom interior, fully equipped kitchen, intimate terrace, spacious cabin, shower and gigantic bathroom space, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer; we have all the amenities one would expect from a high-end apartment in a boat under 20 m (so no compliance issues with the ESTRIN)!
On the technical side, we have a soundproof generator providing 220V while cruising and charging the lithium service batteries (1600Ah for service!), just like the 4 solar panels. The engine and low air draft allow for easy navigation on all European rivers with a reasonable consumption of 4L per hour (estimated consumption by our owners). You will enjoy the comfort of an apartment both at the dock and while cruising!
