General condition:
This unit is in superb condition for its 24 years! The exterior woodwork is beautiful, the teak is in good condition with its original patina. The openings are in good condition, the equipment is up to date. This third-hand unit has always been well cared for by its owners.

Exterior:
No teak delamination has been observed on the entire deck of the boat. The same goes for the flybridge. The varnish on the handrails has been recently redone and is in very good condition. The hull and superstructures show no defects. All covers on the flybridge and biminis were redone in 2022 and are in almost new condition. The stainless steel framework is also new. 1200w solar panels have been mounted on a stainless steel structure. The workmanship is very neat.

Interior:
The spaces here are superb, typical of Grand Banks everything is designed for comfort. The condition is outstanding. The woodwork is all in very good condition. A few very light varnish peeling points can be observed in certain window frames, mainly at the level of the front windshield. Only one point of infiltration was noted at the port side windshield which is now treated and dry. Otherwise, all upholstery is in superb condition. All comfort equipment is in working order.

Mechanical:
The port engine has precisely 1916h while we can consider that the starboard engine has 238h since a major intervention. Indeed, in January 2022, the crankshaft block and many peripherals were replaced with new ones (invoice and intervention report available) following a mechanical error during maintenance. The bilge and the bottom of the bilge visually present very well, no alarming corrosion points or traces of leaks observed. The bilge bottoms are very clean.

Electrical electronics:
On this point, the boat is up to date and well equipped. The electronics are recent with all the necessary equipment (GPS, chartplotter, sounder, log, compass, VHF and AIS). Additionally, the boat is equipped with a WIFI amplifier with satellite antenna.
The generator and solar panels provide complete electrical autonomy. 2 engine batteries and 2 service batteries from 2023. Bow and stern thrusters 24v each with two independent batteries. The battery bank dedicated to the stern thruster is powered by the solar panels with its own charge regulator. A 3000W inverter also allows the powering of a 220v fridge when the boat is not at dock.
