Grand Soleil 45 in 3 cabins and fully refurbished in 2024
This magnificent 1992 sailboat - Designed by German Frers, with a retractable stern and a swim platform, has undergone a complete refit in 2023-2024 and is in "like new" condition according to the available marine survey.
The work includes structural reinforcement, a full repainting of the hull, mast, and boom in AWL grip, as well as the replacement of all hardware and rigging. The teak deck has been sanded, the winches dismantled and chromed, and the toilets and plumbing replaced. Additionally, new equipment such as a Jabsco water heater, an Antal mainsail track, a Profurl genoa furler, and Gottifredi Maffioli textiles have been installed. The memory foam mattresses in the aft cabin add extra comfort.
Two sets of sails are on board: one for cruising and the other for racing in Tape Drive. Possibility to keep the berth. Last antifouling in 2024.
