MELODY is a solid "cruise-race" sailboat designed by André Mauric.
This model has experienced great success due to its seaworthy qualities stemming from a deep hull, heavy displacement, and generous sail area.

Inboard engine YANMAR -2QM20H, 19 HP diesel (Unknown hours).
Last revision 08/2022 (oil change, filters, sea water pump).
The engine underwent a complete refurbishment in 2019.
Since the engine refurbishment to date, the owner reports 700h.
Prop shaft replaced with stainless steel, thrust bearing, PSS mechanical seal.
Layouts:
2 Cabins (front/rear), spacious and pleasant saloon with a total of 6 berths.
The seat cushions of the saloon were replaced in 2018 + protective covers in 2020.
The cushions in the front/rear cabins and covers were redone in 2020.
The cabin linings were redone in 2018 with cork sheets.
Kitchen:
1 microwave, 1 stove with 2 gas burners + DOMETIC oven (12/2019)
1 DOMETIC refrigerator/freezer 80l, double sink, foot pump for sea water (2022) + foot pump for fresh water (2022), multiple sockets.
Water tank: 150l + 100l + 50l, totaling 300l.
Bathroom:
Manual toilet (toilet pipes replaced 08/2022), 50l black water tank with macerator for sea discharge, tank level indicator, 2 valves allowing selection to the tank or to the sea installed in 2022.
Through hull fittings/valves, pipes, and clamps replaced in 2017.
Sails & Rigging:
1 recent genoa (01/2021) + 1 genoa in good condition resized and checked in 12/2020.
1 full-batten mainsail with 3 reefing bands, with sliding track with ball bearings (2017), leech verified in 12/2020.
Removable stay, boom, new storm sail.
Mooring cover, sailing cover with frame, lazy bag, navigation hood, halyards, sheets...
Electricity:
300w solar panel with VICTRON energy 30A MPPT regulator (2018), 300w pure sine inverter for 220v (2018), VICTRON energy shore charger 3x20A (2018).
The electrical wires for the navigation lights have been replaced and the bulbs converted to LED, interior lighting LED (2018).
1 engine battery 90AH (2022) ++ 1 x 90A service battery, differential circuit breaker + 4 x 16A sockets (2018), VICTRON MPPT charge controller, VICTRON BLUE SMART battery charger
