This unit is in excellent presentation condition. The overall exterior condition is good. The hull and superstructures do not show major irregularities.

Exterior:
All upholstery is original and in good presentation condition. The teak cockpit is in good condition, the rear swimming platform shows a bit more wear from the years but is still in acceptable condition. All openings and stainless steel fittings are in good condition. The gelcoat on all superstructures is mostly in very good condition, still shiny and white.

Interior:
No particular remarks to note on the interior presentation condition. The woodwork, lining, upholstery, and flooring are in good overall condition. All comfort equipment is in working order.

Mechanical:
On this point, the boat is perfectly maintained. All service history is available since commissioning. The boat has been serviced annually. The revision of the exchangers is scheduled for May 2025, at the same time as the anti-fouling. The engine compartment is clean, with no signs of leaks, and the bilge is clean.
