This unit is in excellent condition both mechanically and aesthetically.

General condition:
This 2009 unit has been particularly well maintained. All equipment is functional. The maintenance history is clear.
Exterior:
The entire hull is in excellent presentation condition, the original white is well maintained, and the boat is in very good overall condition. We can observe some minor defects related to the 15 years since the commissioning.
All electrical and electronic equipment has been tested and everything is in excellent condition, well maintained and functional.
Interior:
The bilge is dry and clean, with no signs of humidity or infiltration. No unpleasant odors. The upholstery and floors are in excellent condition. The same goes for all wall coverings and wood surfaces. Again, the interior presentation condition shows that the unit has been particularly well cared for. The wall coverings used by the manufacturer for bed framing and headboards are of poor quality and have cracked over the years. With this exception, no particular remarks.
Mechanical:
The boat is serviced annually. Invoice records available. Everything is up to date and ready to sail.
Major engine overhaul in 2022 including heat exchangers, elbows, revision of water pumps, starters. The last major intervention on the IPS dates back to 2021 with replacement of discs, vertical shafts, small shaft, and seals. Maintenance according to manufacturer recommendations in 2022 and 2023 is the same for the engines. The same goes for the generator (last service in 2023) currently at 160h.
The engine compartment is very clean and dry. No leakage observed on the two engine blocks.
Equipment:
All electronic equipment (GPS, sounder, autopilot, navigation central), electrical (windlass, hardtop, tender garage, lighting, comfort equipment...) and hydraulic (gangway) of the boat have been tested and are in operational condition. No malfunctions to report.
