Nicols 1100 Comfort residential houseboat for sale. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to present this 11-meter long Nicols 1100 Comfort houseboat.
The Nicols shipyard is renowned for its quality boats, with innovative, clever, and unique designs. The user-friendly layout, meticulous finishes, and above all, construction intended to withstand the rigors of rental without a license characterize the creations of this shipyard. This particular model was launched in 2001. With its two steering stations, it allows navigation in all circumstances and is ideal for family or friends’ river cruising, with three well-separated sleeping areas, complete with showers and dedicated toilets.
This former rental boat was sold in 2016 to our owner who renovated it. Additionally, our owners completely transformed and re-equipped the boat to make it habitable year-round, which they did themselves over a long period. The insulation has been entirely redone, with 2 reversible air conditioners, insulating exterior shutters, instantaneous water heaters, inverter chargers, to name just a few pieces of equipment that testify to the transformation of the boat into a true modern floating apartment.
The mooring is renewable subject to approval by the harbor master, at the rate of €1300 per year, including water and garbage disposal, plus about €32 per month for electricity.
