This TRADER 85 is a 26 m motor yacht in excellent condition built in GRP by Tarquin Yachts in 1998 in Taiwan and delivered in 2000, featuring a displacement hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by two PERKINS diesel engines of 800 hp each, it cruises smoothly at 13 knots while consuming only 160 liters/hour and is capable of reaching a top speed of up to 17 knots.
The interior layout is designed to comfortably accommodate (8) guests in (4) cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite at the aft, (1) forward/port double cabin, (1) cabin with upper/lower bunks, and (1) twin cabin with single berths, all with en-suite bathrooms. It also accommodates (3) crew members in (2) cabins with their own facilities in separate quarters. The spacious cabins are complemented by large living areas both inside and outside.
Large amounts of storage of all types throughout the yacht, including cold rooms, combined with an extremely significant fuel capacity for its size and very efficient engines as well as a desalination unit allow it to be self-sufficient for long periods and to undertake extended cruises without the need for resupply. In fact, it has crossed the Atlantic under its own power!!
